Our Mission Statement
Is it the mission of CSO to create, promote, enhance, and establish social services and benefits for our general membership and the community at large, with special emphasis on Hispanic families, by fostering community action through education, social contact, and self-development. CSO has continued to work with individuals and families for over 40 years to bring about a more healthy, wholesome, and contented way of life to the community.
